Let me start by getting something off my chest about the word blog.

Hearing, saying, and reading this word sparks some highly offensive feelings in my body. Now, don’t get me wrong, the idea of people using the web to log their thoughts, feelings and ideas is great.  Express yourselves people! But the word itself…Barf! To me, when spoken aloud, it actually sounds like a vomiting noise. Is this because, simply put, all blogs are really a form of someone’s word vomit? Maybe. With this being said, please understand the creation of this “blog” is no easy task for me, but on the recommendation of friends, family, colleagues, and coaches, it must be done.
